In Real Life.

Sometimes I think I walk into Soc 310 and immediately turn into a doofus. Yes, doofus. But really.  These are some real conversation that occurred with my professor in front of the entire class.  I really need to work on thinking before I speak.

Dr. G:  I teach that class in the summer, too, so that's an option as well.

Me: Aw, man...I don't want to take classes in the summer.

Dr. G: Hey, I have classes all year round, so don't complain.

Me: You're still taking classes?!?

Dr. G: It's been proven that people that don't need things repeated have higher intelligence levels.

Me: Wait, what?

(and then it took me forever to figure out why everyone was laughing at me)

One of these days I'll figure it out...
