masterminding masterfully.

This weekend has been pretty neat.  I started it out by watching some Justin Bieber and Zac Efron/Taylor Swift vids, then we went to Texas Roadhouse for the first time in like six months (I swear, those rolls have got to have some sort of drug in them), watched a couple of movies (well, I slept through them), completed my Russian Regression Analysis midterm, went to stake conference, slept through another movie, and then the highlight of the weekend occurred!

Since it was only like 11, and since we're such social butterflies, Danielle and I decided to whip out the game Mastermind, The Challenging Game of Logic and Deduction.  I remembered how much I loved that game when I was a kid (except probably when I was playing my older brothers because they didn't like to create codes that were nice simple patterns like I felt they should be.)  Anyway, it appears that I've become a little better at the game and so I decide to challenge Danielle to a battle, so she could use her deduction skills!  And her logic skills!  And she could feel like she was in a fun math class again!  I mean, what could be better than that?!

Apparently, using logic to deduce things and pretend like she was in a math class again wasn't exactly her idea of a good time.

Weird, right?

But in the end, she started to get the hang of it and was actually turning into a pretty talented masterminder herself.  Well done, champ.
