Hoorah, Peter.

I'm really good at posting about things that happen in my life right after they happen.  That's why I've waited almost a month to write about K-baby Gerber's big day.  Sheesh.

Anyway (side note: "anyway" might be the most commonly used word on this blog.), Ken got married on April 29 and it was seriously such a good day.  Gosh, I love that girl.  I mean, she has always been an avid follower of my blog, and has even done a little advertising for it by writing the link on fliers in the library.  I can always count on her to be crazy and hilarious, but I also know that she is someone I can talk to about most anything.  She's such a loving person and is always trying to be better.  She always wants to be improving herself and recognizes when she has room for improvement (picking at everyone's food, say what?)

I love that girl.  That's why I'm so glad that she could have her perfect wedding and that things have been going really well since her and Kyle got married.

Plus, we (being the roommates--past and present) got to be insanely obnoxious (I'm confused, is this something new?), especially at the wedding luncheon.  Our poor waiter, Peter is probably praying that day will be burned from his memory.  I swear, when I'm around my roommates, all social skills go out the window.  Didn't my mom teach me not to say "Hoorah, Peter!" every time he was within earshot of our table?  Didn't she teach me that when Peter gives someone their meat, I should NOT say things like "Oh, baby, that is hot!...I'm talking about the meat, Peter."  I mean seriously, that meat thing should have been learned in kindergarten.

Ah well.  It was still the most fabulous day.  I love you, Ken!

And P.S.  Tell Kyle he is officially inducted into the "The Husband's Awkward Dance Crew" with Kenneth and Landon.  (That's right, I saw those videos...)  I can just see some sort of Backstreet Boys in the future for them.
