Merry Christmas, World.

I'll admit right now that I'm not feeling inspired, so this post may be less than satisfactory.

I am home right now. I like home. I really like home. You know what's crazy, though? My family is ridiculous. We all tell the same jokes...as in, we always say the exact same joke at the same time. We all have the exact sense of humor. Har.

Yesterday was Christmas. It was fabulous. My family has a rule that we can't start opening presents until 6:30 a.m. You may say, "Isn't that ridiculously early?" And I would have to agree. But here's the thing: I have younger siblings. Albeit the youngest one is almost 12, but still. And the funny thing is, my 18 year old sister is the one that wakes us all up, but we still blame it on the fact that there's still a youngin'. This year we had two new members of the family: Lena and Mykel, lovers of my brothers. We proceeded to open all our presents, and I think we finished around 9:30 a.m. I don't know what takes us so long...

Then we go to our grandparents house for breakfast...they only live about 20 minutes away. We didn't get there until around noon...so it's probably a good thing we wake up so early. We spent the afternoon there and then came home and watched one of our new movies--Mr. Bean's Holiday. My mom likes it for some reason. It is pretty funny, I'll admit.

Then today was a lazy day. I tried working on my class schedule--I made some interesting discoveries that could possibly be amazing...we'll see how that works out. Then we got our family pictures taken. I think we look super hot, but I might be biased.

This entry is like a journal entry, i.e., it's lame. I apologize. I just haven't updated in a while, so I was feeling obligated. Plus Rachel just got a blog, so I figured I should show her how it's done. Well Rachel, this isn't really how it's done.

Okay, here's something: I really like the show Monk. It might be my favorite show. Adrian Monk is such the so funny. If you don't watch that show, you totally should. It's hilarious. ALERT: I'M WATCHING IT RIGHT NOW AND NATALIE JUST SAID, "MR. MONK, DON'T YOU HAVE A SENSE OF WONDER?!?" Anyone who has had Dr. Nelson for Biology can understand what I'm talking about. Anyway, if you want to be my lover, you really need to watch it. Ha. Only joking, world. Only joking.

Okay, that's enough nonsense for one day.

P.S. California is really pretty. Ridiculously pretty. So nice and green. I almost forgot what green was like.

P.P.S. I don't know why this happens, but every once and a while, this blog doesn't allow me to put up pictures. Now is one of those times. Not cool.
