Sometimes professors come into the office and say,
"Would you like a zucchini?"
To which I always say, "Yes!"
To which the professor responds, "Don't worry...I didn't grow it in my lab."
Oh, those silly professors. I love them.

After that, I go home and whip up a little recipe that I just made up in my head (and by made up in my head, I mean got from my dad) and voila! Dinner is served.
Zucchini + Squash
I feel so domestic.
In other news, while I was in a meeting the other day, my dad left me a message that went a little (and by a little, I mean a lot) like this:
"Hi, Stacy Stink. This is your dad. I'm calling because I think it's been a little too long since you last blogged. I check your blog every day, and I'm getting tired of reading about how Midge got married. So, you should write something new. That's all. See ya!"
I think that qualifies as fan mail.
This one's for you, Pops.

personally, i love reading about how midge got married. i don't understand how your father could ever get sick of that.
I don't understand him getting sick of it either... Besides, at the end you should have written: "...this one's for you Pope." I think that would have had a better taste...
I have to go to Shanghai on Friday, it's a 13 hour flight, plus I lose a day along the way. So you can take two days off from the blogging. But I gain a day on the way home, so you need to do two posts on the 23rd.
That looks yummy! Might I suggest more blog posts which involve mouthwatering pictures of scrumptious looking food?
