There Goes My Social Life

Alright, first of all, I would just like to point out that I am typing this up while in the library. I feel like such a dork when I'm writing my blog or on facebook. I feel like every single person in this massive library is staring at me and judging me because of my poor use of time. Well, to them I say, "Don't care. The internet at my apartment is absolutely the worst, so this is the only time I can stalk my 'friends,' the majority of whom are actually just random acquaintances from high school. Also, this blog here is actually for one of my classes so don't give me that face. Go back and awkwardly wait in that long line of people who want to use a computer because even though it's not my birthday, I can do what I want to."

So, enough with that. Guess what? I have a job. It's definitely one of those crappy jobs that you have to have once in your life. (Which, by the way, why DOES everyone have to have a crappy job at least once in their life?) Anyway, I make your sandwiches. You know, the ones that are sold at Cougar Express, the Bookstore, and Wyview, and occasionally Blue Line. (which, P.S., I did not know that was in the Tanner Building until yesterday) I also cut the fruit that is in those fruit cupsand at the Cannon Center, but I try to avoid doing that if at all possible. Oh, but here's the thing. I have to be at work at 6 a.m. It's north of campus. I live south of campus. I have to leave my place by 5:30 a.m. Oh, and another bonus, I work in a refrigerator. I'm not kidding. Why would anyone in their right mind make people work in a refrigerator? By the time I get off at 9 a.m., I generally can't feel my face, hands or feet. That is why they invented such the great thing called hot chocolate. I go to that ice cream place in the CougarEat, and they sell such the delicious hot chocolate. PLUS, I get 50% off at the CougarEat, so it costs me a mere 59 cents. Can we just talk about how amazing that is? That's amazing. Oh, but briefly, let's discuss one problem I have with that 50% off card. I'm not allowed to use it at Grab and Go, the Bookstore, or Cougar Express. How does that make any sense? If I ever wanted to eat the food THAT I MAKE, I have to pay full price.

But really, moral of the story, I have to go to bed so early these days. It's ridiculous. I am ready for bed by 10:30 p.m. Last year, that was just when the party was beginning. I don't like it. I don't have friends anymore.

I would just like to say that I posted this less than a minute ago. It says I posted it at 10:00 a.m.

It's 11:25. I'm confused.

Oh, I guess it's still on California time, and it writes the time as the time I started the post...I don't know.

It requires a lot of expertise, as well impeccable hunting skills to find such a job.
